**Terms and Conditions for Giving Back Incentive - Wild TV+ Subscriptions**

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the Giving Back Incentive offered by Wild TV Inc. to conservation organizations ("Organizations") in connection with Wild TV+ subscriptions. By participating in this Incentive, both the Company and Organizations agree to the following terms:

  
**Wild TV+ Giving Back Incentive - Terms and Conditions**

1. **Eligibility:** Conservation organizations recognized by Wild TV Inc. are eligible to participate in this program. 
2. **Contribution Percentage:** Wild TV Inc. will provide 15% of Wild TV+ subscription proceeds to eligible conservation organizations.
3. **Payment:** Contributions are calculated quarterly and disbursed within 30 days after each quarter's end.
4. **Use of Contributions:** Organizations must use contributions solely for wildlife conservation efforts.
5. **Compliance:** Organizations must adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
6. **Amendments:** Wild TV Inc. may modify or terminate the Incentive at its discretion.
7. **Termination:** Wild TV Inc. can terminate an organization's participation for breaches or inappropriate behaviour.
8. **Disclaimer:** Wild TV Inc. is not liable for the actions of participating organizations.
9. **Confidentiality:** Parties agree to maintain confidentiality.
10. **Entire Agreement:** This Agreement represents the full understanding between Wild TV Inc. and Conservation Organizations.
